The Ferrari 458 MM Speciale is based on the 458 Speciale and has been designed in-house by the Ferrari Styling Centre. The owner had specified a ‘visor’ effect for the glasshouse area. There is a black A pillar in tune with the 1984 Ferrari GTO, which gives a wrap around effect between the front windshield and the side windows. This also lowers the roofline thereby aiding aerodynamics.ferrari-458-mm-speciale-4 ferrari-458-mm-speciale-2The Ferrari 458 MM Speciale comes finished Bianco Italia paint and features livery of the Italian flag. The all new bodywork has been handcrafted in aluminium with composite carbon fibre bumpers. The 458 MM Speciale also features a new side air scoop, one of the most distinctive elements in an extensive revision of the aerodynamic package. The coolant radiators are steeply inclined and mounted closer together than on the 458 Speciale. The side air intakes are devised to provide direct additional cooling to the engine bay. There is also a rear spoiler to balance the downforce evenly. It gets wheels exclusive to the car and has modified front and rear light clusters as well.

On the interior, the Ferrari 458 MM Special gets an updated sound system and Cioccolato leather upholstery with white stitching. There are also neat touches like the the satin white rings around the tunnel controls.
