DC Design revealed an all new sports car at the Auto Expo 2018. Called the TCA, it stands for ‘Titanium,Carbon, Aluminium’ and those are are materials that have been used in the construction of the new car.

The TCA is the second production sports car after the Avanti. DC says that the styling for the TCA has been inspired by the Pagani Zonda and the LaFerrari. The TCA is bigger than the Avanti from all dimensions. Up front, it gets a long sloping bonnet, projector headlamps with day time running lamps and there is a steeply raked front windshield with a single wiper. The doors are long and feature a 3D TCa badge which looks quite cool. The car comes shod with Pirelli P Zero rubber mounted onto 20 inch alloy wheels. An Indian tricolor adorns the pillar behind the window. There are air intakes behind the door to aid in engine cooling.  The rear is the most attractive part of the TCA. It gets slim LED tail lamps with with faux mesh below. The rear bumper looks beefy and features mesh again along with dual exhaust pipes. Also notice the transparent engine cover that adds a nice touch.

The interior is big step up from the Avanti. There is is leather upholstery and carbon fibre all around. The TCA gets an all digital instrument cluster and a three spoke flat bottom steering wheel. The controls and knobs feel nice to touch as well. As with all Dc cars you should be able to customize the TCA to your needs.  The TCA is powered by a 3.8 litre V6 engine that is Euro VI compliant. DC claims a 0 to 100 kph timing of 4.5 seconds. The engine comes mated to a six speed automatic gearbox.

The TCA will be priced approx between Rs. 40 to 45 lakh ex showroom. DC Design will make only 299 units of the TCA and each will be personally signed by the man himself, Mr. Dilip Chhabria. Bookings are open and the car will go into production in September later this year.
