Design sketches of the upcoming Hyundai Venue compact SUV have been revealed. The Venue is set to be unveiled in India on 17th April 2019.

The sketches reveal the cascading grille as seen from recent spy shots. There are squared DRLs that surround the headlamps along with a blacked out A pillar and roof rails. The rear features squarish tail lamps. The rear bumper also gets a scuff plate. The Hyundai Venue will come with a sunroof and diamond cut alloy wheels.

Interior sketches of the Hyundai Venue show a touchscreen between the AC vents along with large circular knobs for the climate control. There is large storage space under the AC controls. The sketch also shows an umbrella in a space just above the glovebox. There is a rotary knob below the gear lever that could be used to control the infotainment system.

There is no official info on the engine options yet but the Hyundai Venue could come with 1.4 litre petrol and diesel engines. The Venue will come with the choice of manual and automatic gearboxes.

The Hyundai Venue will go on sale in India in May 2019.
