Tata Motors has launched the limited Edition Nexon Kraz to celebrate the first anniversary of the compact SUV. It will be available in two variants, KRAZ and KRAZ+ and prices start at Rs. 7.14 lakh for the petrol variant and Rs. 8.07 lakh for the diesel model.

On the exterior, the Kraz edition features a new Tromso black body paint with a contrast silver roof, ORVMs finished in neon green, neon green insert in the front grille and accents in the alloy wheels and Kraz badging.

On the interior, the same neon green is seen on the seat stitch while the cushions get Kraz design pattern. There are neon green surrounds on the AC vents, piano black trims on the dashboard, centre console and door trims and Kraz badging on the centre console.

Mechanically there are no changes. Power comes from a 1.2 litre petrol and a 1.5 diesel that develop 110 horsepower. Both engines are mated to a six speed manual gearbox. The Kraz edition not available with the AMT gearbox.

The Nexon recently received four stars in the Global NCAP safety tests. Rivals to the Nexon include the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and the Ford Ecosport.
