The Mercedes-AMG C43 will be launched in India on December 14, 2016. This is the 13th launch by the car maker this year on Indian shores. Mercedes-Benz India had earlier planned 12 launches for the current year.
The Merecdes-AMG C43 is powered by a 3.0 litre twin turbo V6 petrol engine that develops 370 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 9 speed automatic gearbox and gets the 4Matic all wheel drive system as standard.
The C43 is expected to come with a host of features including sports exhausts, larger and more powerful brakes, AMG trims on the interior, three spoke sports steering and sports seats.
The C43 will sit between the standard C-Class sedan and the range topping C63 S in the model portfolio.
The C43 is the third model in the ‘AMG 43’ model range to launch in India after the GLE43 Coupe and the SLC43 sports convertible.
