Mercedes Benz India has started a new customer engagement platform called ‘Luxe Drive’ where get to drive and experience the whole range of the Mercedes model range. Managed by a team of expert drivers, various vehicle dynamics and features will be experienced by participants in both off-road and on-road conditions. There will also be a 9 car display for customers to experience the latest products from Mercedes-Benz portfolio.
There is a special zone for exclusive Mercedes-Benz merchandise where guests can choose and take home their favorite merchandise. A special kids zone with games for engaging the kids and MercedesTrophy zone with exclusive MercedesTrophy goodies on display will keep the participants and families engaged throughout. Guests will also have the unique opportunity to get a free car evaluation from Mercedes-Benz pre-owned car sales team and an opportunity for special trade-in and personalized finance offers.
In addition to this, celebrated Michelin Star chef Vikas Khanna will also be present to whip up culinary delights for the participants and they will get to interact and have a masterclass with him as well.
The Luxe Drive event will travel all over the country in tier 2 and tier 3 cities to have provide the Mercedes Benz experience to customers. As of now, the event has been held in Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Jaipur and Surat. We attended the event held in Mumbai which was held at the Raymond Factory Premises in Thane on the 11th and 12th of April 2015
Mercedes Benz is on a product offensive in India with a total of 15 models slated for launch this year.
