The new Skoda Superb is expected to launch in India next year and will be based on Volkswagen’s new MQB platform. A new Laurin & Klement top of the range variant is expected to launch in India and the model has been spied testing on Indian roads.

The Laurin & Klement comes with features like heated seats,  18-inch alloys, umbrellas stowed in the front doors, electric adjust front seats with lumbar support and memory function, three zone climate control, parking sensors, an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, keyless entry and an electric tailgate, bi-xenon headlamps, and adaptive dampers with three drive modes.

The new Superb will be powered by 1.8 petrol and 2.0 litre diesel engines mated to six and seven speed DSG automatic gearboxes. The Laurin & Klement was earlier offered on the first gen Octavia and the Laura in India.
