The Renault Captur will launch in India on November 6, 2017. Bookings for the crossover are officially open.

The Captur is based on the M0 platform that also underpins the Duster SUV. It is 4,329 mm long, 1,813 mm wide and 1,613 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,673 mm. The crossover comes with 210 mm of ground clearance. The Captur is powered by the same 1.5 litre diesel engine that does duty in the Duster developing 110 horsepower and a 1.5 litre petrol engine putting out 106 horses. Both engines come mated to a manual gearbox.

Features include LED headlamps with daytime running lights, dynamic turn indicators, 17 inch alloy wheels, touch screen infotainment system and dual tone interiors.

Safety features include ABS with EBD dual front airbags and Brake Assist.

Renault will be offering a host of customization options for both the exterior and interior of the Captur including a contrast roof.
