The Tata Tigor has finally received the much awaited AMT gearbox. Tata Motors has silently launched the automatic variant in two trims, starting at Rs.5.75 lakh for the XTA and Rs. 6.22 lakh for the XZA (ex showroom Delhi).

Like the Tiago, the Tigor automatic is offered only with the petrol engine. The car is powered by a 1.2 litre Revotron petrol engine developing 85 horsepower and 114 Nm of torque. The AMT box on the Tigor also gets a first in class Sport mode. It also gets the Creep feature.

Features only the Tigor XTA include infotainment system with Bluetooth, four speakers and navigation, steering mounted audio controls, dual airbags with ABS and EBD and 14 inch steel wheels. The XZA adds a 5 inch touch screen infotainment system, tweeters in addition to the four speakers, reverse camera, auto climate control and 15 inch alloy wheels.
