Maruti Suzuki has introduced a range of extended warranty plans for the entire model line up including those from the Nexa stable. The standard warranty on a Maruti vehicle is 2 years/40,000 kms. This can now be extended for a longer duration depending on the plan you choose.

The three extended warranty plans on offer are as follows:

  • Gold: 3rd year* or 60,000km*
  • Platinum: 3rd and 4th year* or 80,000km*
  • Royal platinum: 3rd 4th and 5th year* or 1,00,000km*

All the above extended warranty plans cover replacement of parts like the ECM, turbo charger assembly, select engine parts, steering assembly, suspension struts, high pressure pump and compressor. There are however a number of parts that wont be covered under the warranty plans being offered. There are as follows

All the extended warranty plans can be purchased at Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships. The Nexa website however mentions that the Gold plan will not be available for Nexa cars.
