Brabus Mercedes-AMG G63 G700 unveiled
Tuning company Brabus has taken the wraps off of the Mercedes-AMG G63 with a Widestar kit. It also comes with more power.
This particular example of the Mercedes-AMG G63 is finished in Solar Beam, which is part of the Crazy colour pallete available for the G-Class. The centre of the bonnet gets carbon fibre treatment along with air vents. It also gets more aggressive front and rear bumpers with larger air intakes and extra LED daytime running lights. Other additions include 23 inch forged alloy wheels with Yokohama tyres, custom tinted headlights, roof mounted rear spoiler and vented rear fenders.
The interior gets an upgrade as well. It features all black leather upholstery with yellow stitching, Alcantara headliner, illuminated door sills and sporty pedals. 
The 5.5 litre bi-turbo V8 petrol engine that powers the Mercedes-AMG G63 gets a power upgrade with the Brabus tuning program The motor now develops 700 horsepower, up from 571 of the standard G63 and maximum torque is now 960 Nm, up from the earlier 760 Nm. It does the 0 to 100 sprint in 4.9 seconds and has a top speed of 240 kph. The Brabus Mercedes-AMG G3 weighs 2,550 kg.
