Mahindra has launched the S9 variant of the Scorpio at Rs. 13.99 lakh ex showroom Delhi. The S9 gets lots of features from the range topping S11.
Features on the Scorpio include automatic climate control, 5.9 inch touch screen infotainment system, navigation in 10 languages, Voice Assist, IntelliPark, static bending projector lamps, ORVMs with turn indicators, audio and cruise control button on the steering wheel and hydraulic assisted bonnet.
There are no changes mechanically. The Scorpio is powered by a 2.2 litre diesel engine that produces 140 horsepower and 320 Nm of maximum torque. The engine features a 6th gen Borg Warner turbo charger and comes mated to a six speed manual gearbox. Four wheel drive is not offered on the S9 variant of the Scorpio.
