The Ford Endeavour has always had a huge fan following in India and its easy to see why. It’s size and brawny personality appeal to many and it comes feature loaded too. After giving it a new BS6 turbo diesel engine post the new norms came into effect, Ford has now spiced things up with this, the Ford Endeavour Sport. While it is available in three colours, our test car had the Absolute Black finish which made it quite sinister to look at. The total Mafia look I say. We spent some time with it to see what’s new and it was also a good chance to drive the new engine as well.

Ford Endeavour Sport Exterior

The Ford Endeavour has very distinct styling and the dimensions give it immense street presence. The current gen SUV has been around for four years now and has received a few updates over the years along with changes in the variant line up. This Sport variant gets dollops of black all over. The front grille gets a different design from the standard Endeavour. There are smoked LED headlamps with LED daytime running lamps, black roof rails, new design black alloy wheels & SPORT decals on the doors & tailgate. The ORVMs and fender grilles are black too. While this all blacked out look is fabulous, I am really keen to see how the black elements look on the Diffused Silver and Diamond White, the other two paint options on the Sport.
