The Mercedes-Maybach GLS SUV has been been officially revealed. It is based on the GLS from the Mercedes stable and will be available in the GLS600 guise.

On the exterior, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS600 gets an all new front grille finished in chrome with vertical pin strips as seen on the S-Class facelift. There is chrome treatment on the lower part of the front bumper as well as the air vents. The SUV rides on 22-inch alloy wheels with an option for 23s as well. There is chrome treatment to the B-pillars and even on the roof rail. A total of eight two-tone exterior paint finishes will be on offer, and the Maybach emblem finds place on the D-pillar.

Moving to the rear, a chrome strip runs along the entire width of the tailgate and continues on the fenders, above the taillights. The rear bumper also gets chrome elements and that goes for the dual exhaust pipes as well. The Maybach GLS600 is one bling machine for sure.

The front seat can also move forward for extra rear legroom. The SUV can be ordered in either a four or five seater configuration. Features include folding tables, champagne flutes, dedicated fragrance and a rear-seat entertainment system, ventilated and heated massaging seats and an opaque roller blind come as standard and a panoramic sunroof. As an option, a refrigerator with space for champagne bottles can be ordered for the four seater variant.
