MG ZS EV interior

The MG Hector set a benchmark for what’s offered on the inside and it is always difficult to match or break the benchmark set by the first offering. The all-black interiors with silver inserts give a very subtle look. The ZS EV gets an 8.0-inch touchscreen, which is integrated, with iSmart EV 2.0 technology. 6 core processors and 3 GB Ram power the hardware unit and the upgrade from Hector is evident. The famous Hello MG along with other 100+ commands responds much faster compared to the Hector. The usual features include integrated e-sim, wifi, weather app, music apps and TomTom Maps. One of the biggest inclusions would be the in-built air purifier with PM 2.5 air filter, makes sure all the passengers breathe clean air.

The seats are comfortable and steering has a very solid feel. The Instrument cluster is clean, very easy to read and look at. The battery meter replaces the RPM dial. Overall the knobs and buttons carry a very European feel. Even though there’s no rear AC vents, the ones at the front does a good job of cooling the cabin. The biggest highlight other than that its an electric vehicle, is that the 90% roof is glass, MG calls it Skyroof. It certainly gives a very airy feel to the cabin.
