f402The Ferrari F40 is one of the most special supercars of all time, and also one of the most expensive. It was the last car to be signed off by Enzo Ferrari before he passed away and was made to celebrate Ferrari’s 40th Anniversary. One of the most hardcore Prancing Horses ever, it gets power from a 2.9 litre twin turbo V8 developing 478 horsepower and mated to a five speed manual gearbox.

Now most of these Ferrari F40 cars are driven by their owners on smooth tarmac or end up being garage queens. But F40 owner Takeshi Kimura had other ideas. He decided to drive his prized possession in the snow up a ski slope. He used snow chains on the rear wheel drive super car and also added auxiliary lights up front. What’s more he even dumped his luggage on the roof.

The video is titled Snow Camp feat. Ferrari F40 and is a visual treat to say the least. It has been made in collaboration with Red Bull  The video has been fantastically shot and actually shows that there’s more that an exotic can do rather than burning rubber on track and tarmac.
