Citroen eC3 Verdict
The short time with the eC3 wasn’t enough to come to a formidable conclusion. It isn’t very quick and outright performance is not its strength and is a downer when it comes to features. Today’s buyers want their cars loaded and the cC3 falls short on that. On the flip side, the car feels well built and solid. And it looks great too. Also the linear power delivery should make it a great city car. It will finally all come down to the pricing. While Citroen will say that it isn’t competing with the Tiago EV, comparisons will be made. The Tiago is the most affordable EV in the market today and also a hatch. The eC3 would do well with a sub 10 lakh ex showroom pricing for the entry level variant. The EV race is hotting up and people will be looking at affordable EVs to buy. The Citroen eC3 might fit right in there with the right pricing.I will still reserve my final verdict to after I get to spend s few days with it driving in crowded Mumbai traffic.
