The new new Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce has made its debut at the Paris Motor Show.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce will come with two engine options. There is a 2.0 litre turbo charged petrol engine that develops 276 horsepower and 400 Nm of maximum torque, and a 2.2 litre diesel with 207 horses and 470 Nm torque. Alfar Romeo claims a 0 to 100 kph timing of 5.2 seconds.
The engines are mated to an eight speed automatic gearbox and comes with Alfa Romeo’s Q4 all wheel drive system. The AWD system is 60 kg lighter than other systems. Power is sent to the rear wheels in normal driving scenarios while 60 % torque will go to the front wheels when needed.
The Giulia Veloce will sit between the range-topping Quadrifoglio and the more modest Giulia models.
