The all new 3rd generation Hyundai Grand i10 Nios has broken cover. The new hatchback is expected to make its global debut and launch in India on August 20th 2019. According to Hyundai, the suffix ‘Nios’ means more and the new model will sell in India alongside the existing Grand i10.

The Grand i10 Nios gets new projector lamps along with a large cascading front grille. Also unique are the new LED daytime running lights on the edges of the grille. There are chrome door handles and swanky looking new dual tone alloy wheels as well. It is expected to have a longer wheelbase than the current gen car.

Hyundai has also revealed the interior of the Grand i10 Nios. The interior is finished in dual tone with an all new dashboard. An new 8.0 inch touch screen sit right in the centre of the dash and comes with a number of buttons and knobs. The light interiors appear to give the cabin a very airy feeling and there are lots of storage spaces seen as well. As with all Hyundais, expect the Grand i10 to come with a host of standard features.

The Grand i10 Nios is expected to come with BS VI compliant 1.2 litre petrol and diesel engines mated to manual and AMT gearboxes.

Bookings for the new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios have commenced online and across all Hyundai dealerships in India by paying a booking amount of Rs. 11,000.
