The Tata Harrier was launched in India in January 2019 and since then, there are more than 10,000 units of the SUV on the road. However, one feature that Indian customers love and was missing from the feature list was the sunroof. Tata Motors is now offering an electric sunroof for the Harrier as part of Tata Motors Genuine Accessories, priced at Rs. 95,100 plus installation charges.
The Harrier Electric Sunroof H-300 is manufactured by Webasto, and can be installed at Tata Motors dealerships. The sunroof will be installed trained experts from Webasto and comes with a 2 year warranty from the date of installation. Additionally, the sunroof comes with a tinted protective Venus glass that deflects the UV radiation and sun rays regardless of the amount of incoming light.
The Tata Harrier is expected to get more updates in the coming months. These include a BS VI compliant Diesel engine, an automatic gearbox and a 7 seater variant.
