The Volkswagen Tiguan AllSpace has been launched in India at an ex showroom price of Rs. 33.12 lakh. It is available in a single fully loaded variant and these prices are introductory. The Tiguan AllSpace was first showcased at the Auto Expo 2020 in February. It comes to India via the CBU route.

The Tiguan AllSpace comes with 7 seats and replaces the 5 seater Tiguan that was on sale in India till date. The AllSpace is 215mm longer and has a 110mm longer wheelbase, which has given it the addition of a third row of seats. Standard boot space is 340 litres that can be increased to 1,065 and 1,274 litres depending on the row of seats folded.

Features of the Volkswagen Tiguan AllSpace include all LED headlamps and tail lamps, Virtual cockpit, panoramic sunroof, three zone climate control, beige ‘Vienna’ leather seats, keyless entry, a touchscreen infotainment system and an eight speaker sound system. It also features the hand free tail gate opening function.

The Tiguan AllSpace will be available with single engine option. It comes powered by a BS VI compliant 2.0 litre TSI petrol engine that develops 190 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 7 speed DSG gearbox that send power to all four wheels vis VW’s 4 Motion all wheel drive system.

Safety features include seven airbags, ABS, Electronic Stability Control, a tyre pressure monitoring system, ISOFIX child seat mounts, electronic parking brake and a reverse camera.

The Tiguan AllSpace comes in 7 exterior paint shades: Habanero Orange, Rube Red, Platinum Grey, Pyrit Silver, Petroleum Blue, Deep Black Pearl and Pure White.
