The 2023 GLC has a very classy stance and looks more luxurious than before like its bigger stable mates.

2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC Interior

Step inside the new GLC and you are welcomed by the now familiar design language of the new Mercedes cars. The three spoke steering does remind you of the previous car but the highlight of this cabin has to be the 11.9 inch touchscreen infotainment on the centre console. This touchscreen feature the new MBUX (NTG7) and the GLC is the first Merc SUV to get it. A highlight of this new touchscreen is the virtual transparent hood. It uses front camera along with the speed and direction you are going in to simulate what is underneath the GLC. Very useful for when you are navigating rocky terrain and the likes. The screen can also be titled by 6 degrees for better viewing and it also houses all the infotainment system controls.

Other features included a 360 degree camera,  12.3 digital instrument cluster, 64 colour ambient lighting, wireless Apple Carplay an Android Auto, a large panoramic sunroof, ‘Hey Mercedes’ voice assistant and a 15 speaker Burmester sound system. The new GLC now also gets touch control for functions such as steering functions, sunroof and the seat adjust.  The quality of materials used in the cabin is top notch. Surely the new GLC has taken plushness to the next level.

The GLC features a powered tailgate and gets 620 litres of standard boot space. The spare tyre is now located underneath, hence not eating into boot space. With the rear seats folded, boot space goes up to 1250 litres.
